When initiating a return there are 3 key components:
- If this is your first order of a specific product
- The delivery date of your order
- The condition of your order
If it is the first order of a specific product, your order will fall under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
You must request a refund within 60 days of delivery and our team will get this processed for you. The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the first order of each product, it can only be used once per product. These orders are required to be returned.
Any subsequent orders will fall under our 30 day Return Policy.
All orders after the first box must be returned unopened & unused (resalable condition). The request for a return must be made within 30 days of the product delivery. As long as your order meets the criteria, please contact our team by phone or email, and we will issue you an RMA number as well as the remaining instructions.
The requesting individual will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order does not fall under either of these options, your return will be denied.
