Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase of any product, we offer a full refund when requested within 60 days of delivery—no return required. Simply contact Customer Support, share with us why you are not satisfied and we’ll take care of the rest.
We want you to be happy with our brand, our service and our product results. We will always allow a no-hassle refund, even if the product has been partially or totally used.
Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible under the Satisfaction Guarantee and fall under our standard Product Return policy. Refunds will credit your account within 14 days.
We allow returns if you simply have not used the product or will not use it. These returns follow our standard Product Return policy as outlined below:
Customer Product Returns
You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund this helps us keep this benefit available to all customers. Original shipping fees and taxes (if any) are not refundable.
You are only responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Process
If you have products you wish to return, please contact Customer Support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any products back. These help us track the returns and give proper credit to you.
Products must be received by Make Wellness within 30 days of the RMA being issued. Returns received after the allowed timeframe may be declined.
Returns without an RMA, will not be accepted.
Important Notes
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving eligible Customer product returns.
Refunds must be issued back to the original form of payment.
Returned items that are damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition may be rejected or if possible, we will provide a refund at a reduced amount.
