Once your order has been received by our warehouse, please allow 14 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund.
Our team must give our warehouse team time to process the return back into the warehouse and process the information back to our returns team. Once our team receives this information, we will process the refund. Once the refund has been initiated, it can take 3-5 business days for the refund to settle.
