Affiliates can participate in other direct selling companies, but there are clear limitations and expectations outlined under Section 15.3 - Exclusivity/Non-Competition; Outside Businesses Generally and Section 15.4 - Competing Companies; Competing Products
They may not:
Use MAKE Wellness events, resources, or contacts to promote another company or opportunity.
Sell or promote Competing Products (typically defined as peptide-based dietary supplements or products offering similar benefits).
Use their MAKE Wellness status to recruit or enroll others into another direct selling business.
Leverage confidential information (like downline data or customer lists) to benefit another business.
They must:
Keep outside business activities entirely separate from their MAKE Wellness business.
Ensure no cross-promotion happens via social media, meetings, or private conversations that mix MAKE with another opportunity. This means they can not share their referral links from MAKE Wellness on social media as a "Join my team for this business opportunity..." where they may have members of their teams from other DS companies.
Support ethical business practices by giving individuals from other direct selling companies the ability to come to MAKE Wellness on their own terms—without prompting, persuasion, or pressure—and by respecting any existing contracts or obligations they may have.
