Can my spouse be a Customer if I am an Affiliate?

As outlined in section 2.13 of the MAKE Wellness Policies & Procedures, there can only be one account per household. This means that you and your spouse must participate under a single account, whether that is an Affiliate or Customer account. 


To add your spouse as a co-applicant to the account, please email support@makwellness.com
