What Do the Different Order Statues and Order Types Mean?

Here is a list of Order Statuses that you may see and what they mean in regards to your order: 


  • Accepted: Your order has been successfully placed and paid for, but it has not been processed into our warehouse yet. 

  • Printed: Your order has been processed into our warehouse and will be picked and packed soon. 

  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped and you will be receiving it soon! 

  • CC Declined: Your payment method has failed and your order has not yet been paid for.

  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled and will not ship. 


Here is a list of Order Types that you may see in your order history and what they mean: 

  • Initial or Recurring Order: This order is associated with your Subscription. Initial means that it is the first order and that a subscription was created while placing this order. Recurring order is an order that automatically processes from an active Subscription. 

  • Shopping Cart: This is a manual order that is placed outside of the subscription. 

  • Customer Service: This is an order that was placed by Customer Support with the Account Holders approval. 

  • Replacement Order: This is an order processed by Customer Support as a replacement for a previous order. 

  • Return Order: This order is processed by Customer Support when there has been a return or cancellation of an order. This is processed for a refund on an order.
